In this phase we take into consideration the client’s business goals and then we start a deep analysis of the IT infrastructure to best understand its state(AS-IS) through an assessment service. Then, thanks to the analysis, a gap analysis document can be elaborated, where we can see the critical points and their possible solutions.

Then we continue with a Gap Analysis to verify critical infrastructure points, this phase can be carried out on the basis of each type of Assessment previously performed by the list listed above.
